Yoga is not only an exercise or movement momentum. It goes way beyond our mind body and soul completely.

It is part of living, can certainly ease everyday aches, pains and mood complaints. It is also a process and a fruitful journey. It certainly enlightened our wholesome being. A common misconception of yoga is that it’s all about stretching or movement. In fact, in our classes can help our members (students) that one cannot move at all, as well as active individuals.

Forever grateful, always strive for excellence in terms of encouraging our students to practice and be patience along the way, as each of our body parts are very different and yet wholesome.

Remember to learn and love yourself (having said that, you can love others around you) and nurture with self love and self care and during the path there’s the good and fruitful vibes along the way.

Kiki Yip

Kiki treated yoga purely as a kind of exercise when she first stepped on mat in 2015. Her sole purpose was increasing flexibility so she would not get hurt easily when working. But then she discovered something more than just an exercise.

She has found people are living in a fast paced city but yoga is a good way to slow down. It helps to build connection among people, understand what the body needs and allow personal and spiritual growth.
