Daisy Yoga is a studio located at Central, the heart of Hong Kong, offering a wide range of mat yoga, wheel yoga and aerial yoga classes to the community.

Daisy Ng

Owner of Daisy Yoga Studio. Daisy started practice yoga since 2014. Throughout the years, Daisy have found yoga is effective to ease the stress from study and from work. She would love to promote yoga and hope everyone could find the peace in mind and the beauty of life.

Daisy mainly teaches restorative classes. Sometimes teaches hatha and vinyasa as well

Mavis Lam

Mavis started practicing yoga since 2016. She is a registered yoga teacher, who completed 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga Wheel and Aerial Yoga Teacher Training.

Mavis makes yoga accessible to students of all levels and backgrounds by helping them develop to their fullest potential and by varying poses according to the needs of the individual.  Modifications and choices in the different poses are continuously offered. Students will learn to focus inward, allowing for personal and spiritual growth, along with the physical benefits of the yoga practice. 

She is honored to guide her students to find the joy of yoga and experience a deeper level of self, awareness and calm.

Yuko Cheung

Yuko believes yoga is for everyone. Asana may look different on each individual, as everyone differs from various factors, such as age and body structure. By understanding how yoga works in our body and mind, we can gain lifelong benefits. She wishes to provide a motivating and nourishing learning environment, where students can explore their potential safely and mindfully.

She is a certified RYT 200 yoga teacher in Hatha and Aerial Yoga. She has also gained certifications in Aerial Dance, Children Fitness and Physioyoga.

Ceci Wu

Ceci has become yoga instructor since 2019. She believes it is the best way to share her passion, experience and benefit of yoga to the others.

Ceci has expertises in aerial yoga and wheel yoga. She also teaches power, core and slim yoga which are suitable for practitioners who want to build up body strength.

Phoebe Chow

Phoebe is a passionate yoga teacher with experience in designing and leading yin, hatha and vinyasa yoga classes. The pure peace and happiness Phoebe found in yoga paved her way to complete a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, which she acquired knowledge about postures, breathing techniques, and spiritual elements of yoga teaching. She has also completed a 15-hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training because she is eager to share her expertise and passion with students on the ground and in the air.

Charisse Chan

Charisse is a dedicated yoga practitioner and aerialist. After training in both aspects, she knows how to improve body strength and flexibility at the same time. She believes that ‘If you never try, you will never know.’ She encourages students to try and hopes to explore the potential of everyone in class. She is a certified RYT200 yoga teacher and aerial hoop teacher. She teaches detox yoga, vinyasa and gentle stretch.

Chloe Lee

Chloe is graduated from Hong Kong Academy for the Performing Arts - Bachelor of fine arts (Dance). She is a certified RYT200 yoga teacher and aerial yoga teacher. Chloe started learn and practice yoga in her college life. Practicing yoga made her feel peaceful , relax and calm.

Through the RYT200 teacher training , she obtained more knowledge about yoga not only the postures but also the spirit and attitude. Chloe aimed to share what she learned and found in yoga to her students.

Hannah Chan

Hannah graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing arts and she started practicing yoga in 2017. She completed 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and Aerial Yoga Teacher Training. 

Hannah's teaching style is smooth and interesting. She is grateful to meet yoga in her life, the practice purified and cleansed both her mind and body.

She believes that we will have a better understanding of ourselves through the yoga practice.

Zenia Au Yeung

Zenia has been practicing yoga since 2015.Yoga has became her lifestyle ever since.

In 2019, Zenia decided to take the chance to finish her RYT200 certificate in Nepal and became a yoga instructor.

Zenia deeply feels spiritual throught practicing Yoga. Therefore, Zenia would like to share these experiences by making her class fun and challenging.

To make sure her students learn more about themselves and feel the moment of life through practicing breathing.
