Wheel Yoga class combines the use of a yoga wheel with traditional yoga poses. Designed to open up areas that are typically tight – the yoga wheel expands the chest and shoulders, stretches the hip flexors and rejuvenates the spine. Practising with the yoga wheel creates a unique overall opening experience.
