Service Description

With the support of a hammock, you do the same poses as you do on yoga mat and can go deeper. You can also do more challenging yoga poses without adding pressure to your shoulder, head and spine, such as handstand. It therefore becomes easier for your to do inversions. Meanwhile, you can improve your body flexibility and strength of your core, arms and upper-body as you are required to hold the hammock in order to do the poses.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that our cancellation policy is 12 hours in advance. Any late cancellation and no show will still deduct 1 class.
